Haven Harbor Marina volunteers help the refuge

Thanks to Haven Harbor for showing up in force on December 22nd. Forty people from Haven Harbor were scattered across the refuge in multiple teams at Wildlife Trail, Bayview Trail, Duck Inn Trail, and a couple of mobile “hot shot” groups at the Lodge, Eastern Neck Rd., Ingleside Rd., Bayview Rd., and the maintenance shop. Haven Harbor accomplished a huge amount of brush clearing, invasive cutting, and general trail maintenance. They also added many loads of rock to areas of trails that had washed out (and graded those areas).
